By accessing and using Konyet, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Description of service
Konyet allows users to:
- Save and organize reading materials
- Create personal libraries of books and chapters
- Access saved content across supported devices
- Share reading materials with others
User accounts
Account creation
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
Account responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Acceptable use
You agree to use Konyet only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service for an illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Transmit harmful, threatening, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to access the service
- Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Privacy and data

Termination
By you
- You may terminate your account at any time
- You can delete your account through the app settings
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted
By us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- We will provide reasonable notice when possible
- We may terminate the service with 30 days’ notice
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:
- Good-faith negotiations first
- Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
- Individual claims only; no class actions
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by:
- Posting updated Terms on this page
- Sending an email notification
- Showing a notice in the app
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
